Shipping policy

As all our products are custom made, please allow 4 - 5 working days before your item is shipped.

We will send you a confirmation email to let you know that your item(s) have been dispatched and we will send you a tracking number.

Our shipping courier is usually for next day delivery but we have seen instances whereby it may take a few extra days especially around the Christmas season. Please note that when an item(s) is dispatched we have no control over delivery dates and we are not liable for any delays
